“As a musician, you always feel like there’s a barrier between you and the people. Even when you’re playing at a live event, right beyond the lights there feels like a divide between the stage and the people,” Griffiths said. “But seeing people go out of their way to pull up their computers or their phone and say, ‘Here’s some help. Please keep doing what you’re doing,’ is touching.”
“Music can feel trivial at times, but this has shown us that it’s really important,” Griffiths said.
